Nico Olivieri
Transformative coach and founder of The Easier Project
Nico is a certified transformative coach, author and international public speaker who works with top performers in sports, arts and business. His work has impacted – among others – the United Nations, the European Union as well as Olympic athletes, pro footballers (including legends) and some of the greatest football clubs in Italy.
His job at the Easier Project is to facilitate transformation. Point people to the inner source of their excellence and wellbeing. Bring you from “knowing the theory” to the reality of experiencing your life differently and performing beyond what you thought was possible.

In 2021 he published “Creare l’impossibile”, the Italian version of Michael Neill’s international bestseller, in 2022 he had the honor of becoming a TEDx speaker for the TED event in Cowes, England, and in 2023 he plans to release his own book.
He is also a member of AIAC (Associazione Italiana Allenatori Calcio), a published musician and poet, and an award-winning entrepreneur

Matteo is a wonderful and godlike human being, just like everyone else. He’s an expert in understanding the principles behind our wellbeing and potential, and in exploring our true nature. There is almost nothing he loves more than having a conversation about it.
